What we collect

Your Google account email (for authentication), career data you enter (jobs, experience, skills, and similar), and payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

Your career data is used solely to power the tools you use within Career Brain: resume building, interview prep, Q&A, and search. AI processing is done via the Anthropic API; your data is sent to generate responses and is not used to train AI models.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Google, for sign-in and authentication.
• Anthropic, to generate AI responses from your data.
• Amazon Web Services, for hosting, secure storage, and text embeddings.
• Stripe, to process payments for paid features.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and basic first-party analytics to understand usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data storage and your rights

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
